This is a 6-month engagement designed to create sustainable organizational change:

Months 1-2: Individual Discovery I meet confidentially with each team member (3-4 sessions each) to understand their personal and professional experiences, challenges, and aspirations.

Month 3: Pattern Analysis & Recommendations You receive a comprehensive report identifying themes, systemic patterns, and actionable recommendations – with full confidentiality for individual team members.

Months 4-6: Implementation & Support Follow-up sessions with staff, bi-monthly check-ins with you, and ongoing support as changes take root. Real transformation takes time, and I’m with you through the process.
